The practice provides a comprehensive service for clients with an emphasis on surveys and defect diagnosis of residential property with a special interest in historic buildings.

Two types of survey are available: The RICS Homebuyer Report and a full Building Survey (previously known as a Structural Survey). Valuations can also be prepared for special purposes including matrimonial settlement, probate and insurance rebuilding costs. Defect diagnosis provides an independent opinion of causes and remedies of a wide range of defects including dampness, condensation, cracks, roofs etc and can be particularly useful where conflicting advice has already been received from contractors.
