A Building Survey (also known as a Structural Survey) involves a detailed inspection of the property and a provides a comprehensive report with photos.

  • Specific requirements covered i.e. feasibility of proposed alterations

  • Report can be e-mailed to the client

  • Aimed at larger and older properties including Listed Buildings

  • Does not normally include a valuation although this can be provided if required

What's the difference between a Building Survey and Homebuyer Report?
